In order to join in the fun and dash into the frigid waters of the Atlantic, Plungers must turn in their completed registration and release forms, along with donations, before actually taking their dip.
It’s really easy to register online, or get a Registration/Release form - via the mail, from our website, or at various locations around town.

Everyone who plunged last year should receive this year's registration/release form in the mail in early January. If for some reason, your form doesn’t arrive, or you need another copy (hopefully for a friend, relative or co-worker who decides to take the Plunge with you), or if you are a first time Plunger (THANK YOU!), please call Catherine McKenna at 508-746-0103 and leave your name and mailing address.
If you have access to a printer, the fastest and easiest way to get registration/release forms is by downloading them from this site (requires the free adobe reader, see below)
